In return for our efforts to provide online education, we require you to make the below commitments to us.
- You understand that learning about permanent makeup online does not make you qualified to perform these procedures in-person especially without having had guidance from a qualified professional in an in-person training class, at least once, prior to or during your online lessons with Effortless PMU LLC.
- You may not distribute, transfer, sell, in whole or in part, any of our courses or derivative works thereof
- Market or use our videos to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation
- Make unauthorized copies, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create any derivative works of our courses
- You may not uploaded viruses or malicious code, spam, or anything that could disable, overburden or impair the proper working or appearance of our courses
- You may not access or collect data from our product using automated means
